1. Use of the Pinterest API

Our application uses the Pinterest API. Our site and app are not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest. When you connect your Pinterest account to our service through Pinterest's official OAuth flow, you authorize us to access certain information, which may include:

• Your Pinterest profile information (such as username and profile picture).
• Your pins, boards, and analytics data, depending on the permissions you grant.

We never see or store your Pinterest password. Authentication is handled entirely and securely through Pinterest OAuth.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information obtained via the Pinterest API solely to provide and improve our services, specifically to:

• Schedule and publish pins to your account on your behalf (API posting).
• Display your Pinterest analytics within your dashboard.

3. Sharing of Data — No Resale or Redistribution

We do not sell, rent, resell, redistribute, or otherwise share Pinterest content or any Pinterest-derived data with any third parties. Pinterest data is used only to deliver the features you request and is never transferred to advertisers, data brokers, or any other outside party.

4. Data Storage and Protection

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Your Pinterest access tokens are encrypted and stored securely, and are used only to communicate with the Pinterest API on your behalf.

5. Data Retention and Deletion of Pinterest-Derived Data

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time, either through your Pinterest account settings or by contacting us.

When you disconnect your Pinterest account (or close your account with us), we immediately stop accessing the Pinterest API on your behalf, revoke and delete the stored access tokens, and permanently delete all Pinterest-derived data (profile data, pins, boards, and analytics) from our servers within 30 days. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question or raise a concern about how your data is handled, please contact us using the details in Section 8.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service interacts with Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest itself is governed by Pinterest's own policy, available at https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy.
